Our site is built with Shopify, which allows us to provide you with the Services.

The terms and conditions set forth below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

When you place an order, you present an offer to purchase. ENJOY S.R.L. reserves the right to accept or reject the order for any reason, at its sole discretion. The order is not considered accepted until we confirm its acceptance by email. Payment must be received and processed before the order is accepted.

Purchases are subject to return or exchange exclusively in accordance with our Return Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases are intended for personal or family use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is submitted and will be indicated in the confirmation email. Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and, unless otherwise indicated, are inclusive of VAT for customers residing in Italy and the European Union.

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, Scalapay, Klarna and bank transfer. You represent and warrant that the payment information provided is true, correct and complete and that you are duly authorized to use the chosen payment method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to Italy and European Union countries. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control. SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including trademarks, texts, images, graphics, videos, designs and logos — is the property of ENJOY S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by Italian and European intellectual property legislation.

The name and logo "Nanù Baby Couture" are trademarks of ENJOY S.R.L. and may not be used without written authorization.

Our store is built on the Shopify platform, which allows us to provide you with the Services. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with ENJOY S.R.L. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and ENJOY S.R.L., including any damage or loss resulting from the purchased products.

You may not transfer or assign these Terms or the rights deriving from them without our prior written consent. ENJOY S.R.L. may transfer these Terms without your consent, for example in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of business.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Services, the parties acknowledge the jurisdiction of the Court of Palermo, except as otherwise provided by consumer protection legislation (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which may attribute jurisdiction to the court of the consumer's place of residence.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may also resort to the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
