OVERVIEW
Nanù Baby Couture ships to Italy and European Union countries. Below you will find all the information regarding shipping times and costs, order processing, and delivery methods.


ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment, Monday to Friday (excluding Italian national holidays).

Payment by bank transfer: the shipment will leave on the first useful business day following receipt of the credit in our bank account. We recommend sending us the bank transfer receipt by email to info@nanubaby.it or via WhatsApp at +39 377 373 5384 to speed up verification.


SHIPPING IN ITALY
Shipments within Italy are made via express courier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Northern and Central Italy: 1-2 business days
  • Southern Italy and islands: 2-3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout, before order confirmation.


SHIPPING IN EUROPE
We ship to all European Union countries. Estimated delivery times for international shipments are 3-7 business days depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs to EU countries are automatically calculated at checkout based on the country and the weight of the order.

Prices shown on the website include VAT for customers residing in the European Union. There are no additional customs duties for intra-EU shipments.


ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time. For any updates, you can also contact us at info@nanubaby.it or via WhatsApp at +39 377 373 5384 (every day, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM).


FAILED DELIVERY
In case of absence at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt a second delivery or deposit the package at a collection point. If the package is not collected within the terms indicated by the courier, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional costs.


DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
If you receive a visibly damaged package, please report it to the courier at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours at info@nanubaby.it attaching photos of the package and the damaged product. We will find the most suitable solution.
