Calculation of shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the order.
The final price will always be visible before completing the purchase.

Italy

  • Delivery times: 2-4 business days
  • Cost: calculated at checkout
  • Tracking: included
  • Courier: BRT, Poste Italiane or certified partners

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery times start from shipment and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

European Union

We ship to all countries in the European Union with no additional customs fees.

  • Delivery times: 3-7 business days
  • Cost: calculated at checkout based on the destination country
  • Tracking: included
  • Customs duties: none

The price displayed at checkout is the final one: there are no additional costs.

United Kingdom

  • Delivery times: 5-10 business days

    Duties and taxes: where applicable, these are calculated at checkout and included in the order total. No further payments are due upon delivery, except for any adjustments by local customs authorities. 

     

We provide all the necessary documentation to facilitate customs clearance.

  • Cost: calculated at checkout based on the country and the weight of the order
  • Tracking: included
  • Countries served: USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway and other non-EU countries
  • Customs and taxes: 

    Duties and taxes: where applicable, these are calculated at checkout and included in the order total. No further payments are due upon delivery, except for any adjustments by local customs authorities.

Order tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time on the courier's website.

Delivery issues

Delays

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time plus 5 business days, please contact us: we will check the status of the shipment and assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged package

If the package arrives damaged, we advise you not to accept it and report it immediately to the courier. Contact us within 48 hours by sending photos of the damage: we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you have entered incorrect details, contact us before shipment to modify them. After shipment, it will no longer be possible to make changes.
