Refund and Return Policy

Our return policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return, in accordance with the right of withdrawal provided by European consumer protection regulations (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and EU Directive 2011/83).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning the product vary depending on the reason for the return:

• Return for change of mind or incorrect purchase (wrong size, change of mind, incorrect order): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Return for defect, damage, or incorrect item received: please contact us before proceeding at info@nanubaby.it or via WhatsApp at +39 377 373 5384. We will evaluate the issue and provide you with instructions for the return at no additional cost to you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Do not ship the product before contacting us — we will evaluate the issue and guide you through the correct procedure to find the most suitable solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)
• Sale items or items purchased with gift cards
• Any item that shows signs of use, washing, or is missing its original tags

Exchanges

We accept exchanges exclusively for unworn and unused items, with intact tags and in their original packaging. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Right of Withdrawal – European Union

In accordance with European regulations (EU Directive 2011/83 and Legislative Decree 206/2005), if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery of the last item of the order, without giving any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs in the event of withdrawal are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days through your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, Scalapay, Klarna, or bank transfer). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
