Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquired physical possession of the last ordered item, without having to provide any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a consequence of the refund.

Return of products

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

The costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning:

  • Goods made to measure or clearly personalized
  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
