Shipping Costs

  • ITALY : FREE shipping for orders over €149 . Orders under €149 are subject to a flat rate of €6.
  • EUROPE : Shipping costs automatically calculated at checkout
  • OUTSIDE EUROPE : Shipping costs automatically calculated at checkout

Shipping Times and Methods

Orders are shipped by NEW NANÙ LTD via trusted couriers , Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

Orders for items already in stock are shipped the next working day, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability.

Delivery Times

  • ITALY : 2-3 working days
  • EUROPE : 5-7 working days
  • OUTSIDE EUROPE : 7-15 working days

Promotions and Sales Period

During promotional and/or sales periods, shipping costs may change and take longer.

Customer Responsibility

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with NEW NANÙ LTD and agree to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests a return to sender, any shipping costs charged to NEW NANÙ LTD will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

Shipping to Italy and abroad

Shipments to Italy and abroad are handled by trusted couriers from NEW NANÙ LTD . As required by trade regulations, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item in euros.

For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Check and Confirm Orders

Once the order request has been received, the Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items, the validity of the credit card transaction and to verify the details of previous transactions made by the Customer on www.nanubaby.com.

In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled as requested by the Customer, the Orders office will promptly notify the Customer.

Force Majeure Clause

In all cases, NEW NANÙ LTD reserves the right to postpone shipment in the event of force majeure events.
