Italy

  • Courier: BRT, Poste Italiane or certified partners

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are calculated from dispatch and do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

European Union

We ship to all European Union countries with no additional customs costs.

Delivery issues

Delays

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time plus 5 working days, please contact us: we will check the status of the shipment and assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged package

If the package arrives damaged, we recommend not accepting it and immediately reporting it to the courier. Contact us within 48 hours by sending photos of the damage: we will arrange for replacement or refund.

Incorrect address

Please carefully check the shipping address. If you have entered incorrect data, contact us before shipment to modify it. After shipment, it will no longer be possible to make changes.
