Changed your mind? No problem
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, with no obligation to state a reason. Simply contact us, providing your order number and the product you wish to return.
Easy and quick exchange
If you need a different size or want to exchange a product, you can easily request an exchange, subject to availability. Our goal is to help you find the most suitable solution without complications.
Returns also in-store
If you prefer, you can make returns or exchanges directly at our stores. Furthermore, you can always choose free in-store pickup for your online orders.
When a return is accepted
To ensure proper service, the product must be returned:
- intact and unused
- in its original packaging
- without signs of wear or washing
Simple refund
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original order.
Return shipping costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, while we cover them in the case of a defective product or an error in the order.
Defective or incorrect product
If you receive a defective product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching a photo. In this case, we will manage the return at no cost to you.
